They provided a reasonable quote that they stuck to, finished the job ahead of schedule, did exceptional work (we had an old roof that needed to be repaired - J&M’s work including fixing integrity of roof, replacing roof, getting rid of mold, and drywalling/painting interior ceiling), and were just great to work with in general. I’ve done different building projects in the Kenai peninsula and Josh was by far the best/easiest contractor I’ve worked with.
